It has been more than a half year since I joined Sato research laboratory. In this year, due to the influence of Covid, I have been meeting and communicating with everyone through the Internet, and just met with everyone in real life in the last week. I have to say that the feeling of communicating online and in reality is very different. I am still very excited to see that everyone's smiling faces have changed from two-dimensional photos to three-dimensional real people. (Hhhh)
Sato Sensei is a very erudite professor. He has read many books, has deep insights and novel ideas on many issues, and is full of passion and creative ideas for doing research. The students in Sato research laboratory are also full of the spirit of being eager to learn and ask. I benefit a lot from hearing everyone’s new thoughts on development and cooperation. In such an environment, I am also full of motivation to read. The atmosphere of reading in Sato research laboratory has always inspired me, making me want to acquire more knowledge and raise more interesting and meaningful questions.
At present, what bothers me a little is the learning of Japanese. I must master the listening and speaking ability of Japanese as soon as possible, so that I can better integrate into Sato research laboratory and have more daily communication with everyone, which will also greatly improve my learning. Because I was study online before, I didn't have the motivation to learn Japanese many times. Now that I have come to Japan, I have to integrate learning Japanese into my daily life. I also look forward to the day when I can communicate with everyone normally.
Everyone in Sato research laboratory gave me a lot of inspiration about my future study plan. You can read new books every week, not only limited to international development, but also books in various fields of history, society and politics, which will be of great help to establish our thinking system. Since I have come to Japan, I should make better use of the resources provided by university libraries, read more books, and turn these books into my own knowledge, ask more questions, and make my research more interesting.
